Sanitop Macerator

Sanitop's powerful macerator enables the addition of a WC plus a wash basin. Sanitop pumps vertically to 5m or horizontally to 100m or a lesser combination of both.
Add a cloakroom, washroom or toilet in a home extension, in a basement or loft conversion, or as part of any home improvement where conventional large bore pipework is impractical.

Items of this nature should not be disposed of through the domestic Saniflo macerator range as they are likely to cause a blockage. Our professional unit Sanibest is suitable for this type of product. 

• do you have to dig up the floor?

As the function of the units is to pump waste and water away, it should not usually be necessary to dig up the floor to lay the discharge pipework. It is possible to run the pipework from low level to a higher level e.g. from a basement to ground floor level, or from 1st floor up into a roofspace and then join to a soil stack. 

• Suitable types of WC

A Saniflo macerator can only be fitted with a WC which is BS EN 33 or 37 Horizontal outlet.
