Sanitop's powerful macerator enables the addition of a WC plus a wash basin. Sanitop pumps vertically to 5m or horizontally to 100m or a lesser combination of both. Add a cloakroom, washroom or toilet in a home extension, in a basement or loft conversion, or as part of any home improvement where conventional large bore pipework is impractical.

As the function of the units is to pump waste and water away, it should not usually be necessary to dig up the floor to lay the discharge pipework. It is possible to run the pipework from low level to a higher level e.g. from a basement to ground floor level, or from 1st floor up into a roofspace and then join to a soil stack
A Saniflo macerator can only be fitted with a WC which is BS EN 33 or 37 Horizontal outlet
