I can't add items to my basket or login with AOL?
AOL disables cookies by default. If you experience problems adding items to your order please follow these steps:
- From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
- Select Internet [Web] Options
- Select Use your Internet Explorer Settings to set advanced browser options.
- Select the Privacy tab
- Select Advanced
- Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
- Click OK to exit.
I do not use AOL, but still cannot add items to my basket?
You will need to open your anti-virus software suite and add the site "bathroom-envy.com" to your safe list. Some anti-virus programs allow you to make changes to the web browser, others require you to go to your computer's Control Panel, then to click "Network and Internet Connections" and then "Internet Options" (or just double click "Internet Options" in classic view). When the window opens, click the second top tab from the left "Security", then click the green "trusted sites" tick icon, and add our site to your trusted site list. To add our site just click the "Sites" button, and then enter "bathroom-envy.com" in the add title bar section and then click the "add" button. You can now click "ok" to exit the Internet Options windows. For settings to take effect, you may need to exit the browser and visit our site again to make a purchase successfully.
